1.1 By making a donation to   sky-fox.org, you acknowledge and agree that your
donation is voluntary and does not imply any expectation of goods or services in
return unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.2 You understand that your donation will be used to support the humanitarian relief
efforts of sky-fox.org, including the provision of essential supplies such as food,
medicine, water, tents, and blankets in areas worldwide, with a current focus on the
Gaza Strip and the West  Bank.
2. Donation Eligibility
2.1 You must be legally capable and authorized to make a donation to sky-fox.org in
accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
2.2 Donations made to sky-fox.org must not originate from illegal or unethical
sources.

3. Donation Refunds

3.1 Donations to sky-fox.org are non-refundable unless sky-fox.org has received a
donation in error or in violation of these T&Cs.

Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 The privacy policies of sky-fox.org govern the collection, use, and protection of
your personal information and can be viewed on the website.

5. Communication

5.1 By making a donation, you agree to receive occasional updates and
communications from sky-fox.org regarding their activities and fundraising efforts.

7.1 These donor T&Cs are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes
arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Swiss courts.

8. Flight Operations and Resource Management

8.1 Sky-fox.org operates worldwide humanitarian flight services to provide life-saving
aid to areas in need.
8.2 All aircraft, helicopters, technical resources, personnel, and office equipment are
responsibly utilized for the humanitarian flight operation.
8.3 Sky-fox.org employs qualified personnel and pilots who comply with all aviation
safety requirements.

9. Acquisition of Resources

9.1 Sky-fox.org may acquire or lease resources, including but not limited to aircraft,
helicopters, technical equipment, office supplies, and other necessary items, as needed
for the humanitarian flight operation. This list is not exhaustive.
10. Office Equipment and Vehicles
10.1 Office equipment and vehicles are used for operational and administrative
purposes and undergo regular maintenance.
11. Staff Compensation
11.1 Sky-fox.org pays average salaries to its staff without bonuses or 13th-month
salaries.
12. Support for Both Humans and Animals
12.1 Sky-fox.org is committed to providing humanitarian assistance to both humans
and animals in need. Your donations support our efforts to provide essential goods,
including food, medicine, water, tents, blankets, and veterinary care in various areas
worldwide, including the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. We believe that supporting
both humans and animals in crisis situations is of great importance to alleviate
suffering and promote the well-being of communities.
By continuing with your donation, you indicate your agreement with these terms and
